Slow Roasted Halibut
Anne and I cooked this halibut and honestly, it was as if we were in a restaurant.  It was so delicious.  It looked beautiful, it tasted light, fresh and like summer.  The Pimm’s Cup (or 2) might have helped make it feel like summer, too!  Happy Memorial Day!
