Snack of the Day …
1 C Quinoa
1/4 C Flax Seeds
1 drizzle of honey
1 T olive oil
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350º until just browned (easily scorched!)
***If I were eating dairy, I would sprinkle this over greek yogurt with berries, but I eat like a tablespoon at a time as a treat or sprinkle it on my spinach salad - yum!
